Our brand new Championship inspired golf course is in Great Shape. 

Our newly renovated golf course is a significant step up from our last renovation in 2008.  That is saying something because in 2013 and 2016 Forest Glen was ranked the Number #1 golf course in Naples.  The driving range and all 18 holes are complete and up-to-date with the future in mind.  While playing the new course is a great experience, the landscape which is now part of our community and most importantly, from the lanai of our home on hole #6, is beautiful.

Our first-floor garden home is located on the 6th hole of the Forest Glen Championship golf course.  We are the first and only owners of our home.  We purchased it back in 2002 and have had so many great times and memories at our home.  Through the years we have had many folks stay, and we feel privileged to have been able to share a piece of Forest Glen and Naples with them.

Our turn-key home includes the following features,

Engineered hardwood floors throughout the living room, dining room and all three bedrooms.

Up-to-date stainless steel appliances located within a roomy and comfortable kitchen.

Large master bedroom with a view of the 6th hole every morning.  Walk-in closets, large master bathroom with separate shower, bathing and vanities.

Second and third bedrooms include queen beds, private TV's and easy access to the second bathroom.

Laundry facilities are also available and are located within the second bathroom.

Private lanai with comfortable furniture and a great view of the sixth hole.

The Club is built on 630 acres east of Collier Blvd, just a 15 minute drive to the gulf beaches and downtown Naples. Also nearby are shopping malls, outlets. banks, and hospitals.  It is in close proximity to downtown and Naples' wonderful beaches and famous pier.
